MM Teleperformance hosts industry Executive Forum “How are contact centres going to evolve” with presentations from CM Insight, Datamonitor and CB Richard Ellis on 28th November, 2006.

MM Teleperformance, one of the UK’s largest outsourced contact centre providers, is hosting its next industry Executive Forum on 28th November, 2006 entitled “How are contact centres going to evolve” and has speakers from CM Insight, Datamonitor and CB Richard Ellis. The forum will provide a unique opportunity to listen to experts in their field and obtain ground breaking research.

Mike Havard from leading customer management consultancy, CM Insight, will lead the forum with a presentation entitled “Have you got the right contact centre operational model for your business”. Evan Kirchheimer from the worlds leading provider of business intelligence, Datamonitor will present their latest research in trends on offshore locations and Alex Robertson from CB Richard Ellis, a global leader in real estate services, will give a summary of their research on the current trends and options for locations.

Following the speaker sessions MM Teleperformance will run several workshops to encourage lively debate about the changing nature of contact centres.

Attendance to the MM Teleperformance Executive Forum is being offered free of charge and will take place on Tuesday 28th November between 4 pm and 8pm at The Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers, Armourers Hall, 81 Coleman Street, London EC2R 5BJ.
