Hands off My Pants Say 85% of British Males

You might not think that men would be clamouring to do the laundry, but when it comes to washing their ‘lucky pants’ there’s no way they would trust the woman in their life to do the job.

Research carried out by BEKO has found that a staggering 85% of men have an item of clothing from lucky pants through to their favourite football shirt that they'll not allow their wives/partners to touch, let alone wash!

The gender normally reluctant to even admit they know how to turn the washing machine on would rather wash things by hand than risk putting them in the hands of someone else.

Astonishingly 90% of the men questioned said that they have very strong superstitions and that they would be devastated if something they depended on, like their lucky pants, were ever involved in a laundry disaster.

The men who took part in the survey said that their favourite pair of smalls had helped them score goals, chat up women and even get jobs.
