HumanConcepts Signs Partnership with NetTeam Management Solutions

OrgPlus to Enhance HR Software with Modelling Capability

Exeter, United Kingdom – 2 June 2008 – HumanConcepts, the developer of OrgPlus®, the leading software for workforce decision support, today announced a partnership with NetTeam Management Solutions (NetTeam). The partnership will integrate OrgPlus with NetTeam’s HR software solutions. NetTeam’s customers will benefit from the convenience of a unified workforce view with tools to model business scenarios and plan for workforce change.

The partnership extends the value of NetTeam’s HR software solutions by providing users with secure, browser based access to graphical views of employee information, organisational structures and directories. OrgPlus provides executives with a real-time dashboard of their workforce, gives managers the tools and information they need to plan and implement workforce change, and empowers decision-makers with a better understanding of their organisations and available resources.

OrgPlus will assist HR professionals when planning and executing workforce management tasks including succession planning, talent acquisition and management, budgeting, compensation and benefits planning and communicating a corporate employee directory.

Additionally, OrgPlus allows ‘what if’ scenario planning which is critical for successful change management, reorganisation and merger and acquisition activities.
