First Birthday celebrations for Home Delivery Network Limited
It's been a year of successes for Home Delivery Network Limited, the UK’s largest home delivery and collection service, which was officially launched in October 2005, following the successful merger of Reality Group and Business Express.
During the past twelve months Home Delivery Network Limited has launched a Specialised Operations division for the delivery of ‘two man’ items and a network of Catalogue Delivery Agents (CDAs) to compliment their established van round structure and maintain the service levels at peak times, whilst meeting tough targets to deliver 7 million catalogues in 4 weeks.
Home Delivery Network Limited has signed up over 50 new clients in their first year of operation and now delivers for four out of the five most used retailers in the UK. The growth of the network is set to continue with a £30 million investment programme planned. This will include the roll out of new state-of-the-art hand held scanners.
Home Delivery Network Limited will be sharing their successes with visitors to Earl’s Court at the European Catalogue and Mail Order Days (ECMOD) by serving up birthday cake on stands 703 and 711 as part of their first anniversary celebrations on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th October.
