Happy Mother's Day... But are you a happy Mother?

You're a cook, cleaner, organiser, taxi-driver, homemaker, full time worker… just some of the roles you fulfil as a mother. You have so many expectations to live up to, not just from your children, but from you own mothers, mother in-laws, partners, friends and society at large.

Where did the years go when you felt free, inspired, and vivacious? When was the last time you did something for you… indulging yourself in a few of your favourite things, whether they be painting, poetry, or simply shopping!

You spent all your time being ‘a mum’ so do you feel like you need some time to discover your true self again? Rather than have another family meal to prepare would you rather be out, getting a break from being a mother, having some fun?
