‘ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL' FOR THE ROYAL SHAKESPEARE COMPANY WITH INTEGRATED HR AND PAYROLL FROM MIDLANDHR

*New system delivers a prompt and efficient service for staff and goes live in just ten weeks*

London, UK, 4th September 2006 – The Royal Shakespeare Company has gone live with a new, integrated HR and payroll system from MidlandHR, in an impressive ten week implementation. Using MidlandHR’s Trent software, including its recruitment module, the theatre company can for the 1st time view all its employee information on one system – making it much easier for them to compile management reports.

Having previously used several databases, each holding varying degrees of employee information – with no formal overarching HR system – The Royal Shakespeare Company not only wanted a more comprehensive solution, but also needed one that could be implemented speedily as its current service was due to be discontinued.

Mike White, Financial Services Manager at The Royal Shakespeare Company, comments: “We had very little time to research, source and implement a new system but MidlandHR left us in no doubt that they were completely committed to the project.
