Brain training is highly important to your overall health and wellbeing. BRAIN CIRCUIT classes are designed to test your logic skills, challenge your problem-solving ability and ensure that your grey matter is working efficiently.
Using a range of hand-held computers, space-age toys, physical puzzles and a library of books, you can train your brain in a traditional circuit-training format. This means you move around the room, from station to station, to face a different challenge at each. At one station there’s even a state-of-the-art game table that allows you to move a ball by simply controlling your thoughts.
