Teesland iOG select Yardi Voyager International™ for advanced Investment Management features

Implementation in European Market Flourishes

Santa Barbara, CA; London, UK; Amsterdam, The Netherlands -- Teesland iOG, a leading pan-European property fund and asset management company, has selected Yardi Voyager International to manage its extensive portfolio. With 10 offices throughout Europe, Teesland iOG chose its office in Amsterdam as the 1st to implement Voyager International.

Immediate improvements in business efficiency were seen especially in the time reduction for financial consolidation: “Yardi has turned a complicated job that used to take three and a half days into a simple twenty minute operation,” says Mark Bowden, Divisional Director of European Asset Management, Teesland iOG.

Implemented in three phases, the Yardi solution went live in The Netherlands six months in advance of a major roll out program across Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Phase three will see the inclusion of the Nordics, the UK and France.

"We were looking for a property and asset management solution that would work across all international offices, however our immediate need was for an investment management solution that we could implement quickly and easily," says Bowden.

Bowden adds: “The nature of our properties means that they are very management intensive and so the successful implementation of Yardi is crucial to the success of our business.”

Teesland iOG's portfolio, comprised of 70% multi-let light industrial units and 30% non-CBD office buildings, calls for advanced investment management features that Yardi Voyager provides. "We looked at several options, but the investment management features within the Yardi solution made it an easy decision", continues Bowden. "The fact that we can implement Yardi Voyager globally is an added benefit."
