Varlink wins prestigious industry award

On November 22nd at the Battersea Park Arena in London, in front of more than 1,900 attendees, Varlink, the York based Mobile Computing and Data Capture hardware distributor was presented the prestigious “Emerging Company of the Year” Award at this year’s CRN (Computer Reseller News) Channel Awards ceremony.

The judges of the CRN Channel Awards selected Varlink as “Emerging Company of the Year”, stating that “since its inception in 2005, Varlink has grown amazingly fast and gave the winner of the specialist distributor category a real run for its money this year, polling an impressive number of votes. The distributor has grown its vendor list from small specialists to larger players in less than two years. It also holds regular partner conferences to help its resellers and vendors generate business and is fast becoming a key player in the channel. This is a well deserved accolade for Varlink.”
