Regus Group Network Takes Over London Centre

LONDON, 8th May 2008- Managed Office Solutions (MOS) announced today that they have taken over the management of a business centre on Leman Street, London. Acting for Benfield, the world's leading independent reinsurance and risk intermediary, the building covers 25,000 sq ft and is arranged over six floors.

MOS, which is part of the Regus Group network, was approached by Savills on behalf of Benfield as a specialist external consultancy to assist with managing its surplus property for the remaining seven years of Benfield's lease agreement on the property.
