HEARING IMPAIRED DIVER GETS READY FOR COMMONWEALTH GAMES

Tony Ally, Commonwealth Games double silver medal winning diver and a major medal hope at the forthcoming Commonwealth Games in Melbourne is training hard. He is competing in the 3m Individual and 3m Synchronised diving categories and is a good medal prospect in both. Tony, who has hearing impairment in both ears, wears two of the most advanced digital hearing aids available – Senso Diva – made by Widex.

Comments Tony: “My Senso Diva hearing aids have changed my life. I was diagnosed with a hearing disorder when I was a kid, but because I didn’t want to wear those large, ugly aids I refused to do anything about it. That all changed when I was introduced to the extremely small digital aids made by Widex. My new Senso Divas are so small most people don’t even notice them! And they help me to hear everywhere, especially in noisy situations.”

The Commonwealth Games are being held in Melbourne, Australia 15th – 26th March 2006. Tony won his double silver medal haul at the last Commonwealth Games – Manchester 2002.
