HR Gurus Will Put Intelligent Org Chart Automation to the Test in London

Torquay. – 22nd February 2007 - HumanConcepts, the developer of OrgPlus®, the leading software for intelligent organisational charting and workforce modelling, will showcase OrgPlus at Softworld HR & Payroll show on February 21st and 22nd, on Stand 11. OrgPlus intelligent organisation charts represent a new era in charting technology. Not only do they allow for visual communication of an organisation’s hierarchy, but also provide visual access to HR metrics, and serve as an electronic platform for capturing and actioning workforce change.

At Softworld, attendees visiting the HumanConcepts stand will be able to interact with OrgPlus’ dynamic, web-based interface and experience the ease of creating intelligent organisational charts in a drag-and-drop environment using sample HR data. These HR practitioners will get a new context for how they can understand and model their own workforces by using OrgPlus.

Attendees will be able to hear a presentation from Lawton Harper, Director, Organisation Effectiveness & Efficiency, for BT Openreach at 12pm on the 21st February. Entitled “Organisation Decisions: Tools for Speed” the presentation will highlight innovative approaches to accelerating management decisions using technology based techniques currently employed by BT HR professionals. OrgPlus was used as a visualisation tool and for carrying out Span and Layer analysis on the workforce.
