Nothing is more important than a good nights sleep, but choosing the right mattress can often be confusing. The comfort control mattress takes away the worry and risk of buying the wrong mattress. Using the traditional pocket sprung format for the ultimate comfort and support, they have now integrated innovative new technology which allows the users to adjust the firmness of each side of the mattress independently…the perfects night sleep is not far away!

We all know that as the years go by, our bodies change shape and weight, we become pregnant or injure ourselves, and the level of support we want will change. This revolutionary new mattress can evolve with you. You can increase or decrease the firmness of the luxury mattress depending on whether you want more or less support.

Using a handset you can easily increase or decrease the firmness of this quality mattress to a value between 1 and 100 to find your own ‘slumber number’. At the touch of a button air is pumped into air chambers, compressing the pocket springs and increasing the firmness of the mattress. So if you like a firm mattress and your partner likes a soft lie…no problem!

Sleep is a precious commodity. Research states that those with an uncomfortable bed sleep on average one hour less each night than those with comfortable beds.* As a result, a bad night’s sleep can lead to back ache, impaired concentration, head aches and feelings of moodiness or anxiety. Sustained sleep deprivation can also lead to metabolic problems associated with more serious conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.

The Feather & Black Comfort Control adjustable mattress eliminates the risk of buying a mattress that is too firm or soft and has the added benefit to change as you do, to ensure a perfect nights sleep.

There are three pocket spring mattresses to choose from in the Comfort Control range – the 5000, 4000 and 3000. The 5000 is the superior mattress and consists of five layers of pocket springs and four air chamber sheets. The luxurious finish is achieved using layers of Egyptian cotton and wool with a hand teased hair and cashmere mix. The 4000 consists for four layers of pocket springs and three air chambers, while the 3000 has three layers and two sheets.

Prices for the mattress start from £1,695 for a standard double.
