Integra4Notes releases new version - 4.3 Delivers New Functionality, Enhanced GUI and Better Security

This latest version, Integra4Notes 4.3 , delivers enhanced printing, reporting and analysis of data contained within the Lotus Notes environment allowing users, developers and administrators to generate reports without modifying the design and without the need to install files on local machines.

“The facility to easily set Microsoft Excel pivot tables and graphs from within Integra enables flexible and functional analysis for little effort” said John de Giorgio, Chief Executive Officer, Integra. “ Users will also benefit from advanced scripting, some new runtime object properties and the significant improvements in performance,” de Giorgio continues. “Now, for example, ‘Send To’ options allow the sending of reports as Attachments, Notes Rich Text or Document Links.”

Security has also been enhanced with the introduction of certificates from Thawte. The Master Macro Templates contain signed templates which can now be executed by users even if the Office macro security settings are set to High and above. Users will now be asked once to except the certificate and enabling macro code contained in any templates of Integra profiles to be executed without further security warnings.

Allows easy determination of filtering conditions and sorting options by the end user at the time of running a report delivering improved flexibility for the end-user to allow generation of reports meeting user conditions

Automated support for Excel Pivot Tables and Graphs

Allows easy creation of Excel Graphs directly from within Integra profile - encouraging their usage.

Improved custom dialog support

Enables creation of customized dialog boxes to obtain values and settings from users at run time without need for advanced coding. This lowers the level of skill required by report designers to enable use of advanced customized dialogs.
The management of user registrations to allow the selection of multiple users from the NAB.
