National Sleep-in Day ~ Sunday 31st October 2004

October 31st is the day the clocks go back an hour, marking the end of British summer time. It is also National Sleep-in day, as we gain an extra hour in bed. More and more people are suffering from mild insomnia or difficulty sleeping. Research shows that women in particular suffer with only 37% (compared to 55% of men) claiming they generally get a good night’s sleep .
