NORTHAMPTONSHIRE’S SOLUTION TO WATER CONTAMINATION

The water contamination situation currently affecting quarter of a million people in Northamptonshire could be safely and quickly dealt with in a cost-effective and eco-friendly way; using the same equipment used to de-contaminate water supplies in South East Asia after the December 2004 Tsunami, according to the UK’s recently appointed sole distributor of bacteria and virus treatment units.

The UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of patented water treatment equipment for private supplies, has recently been appointed the UK’s sole distributor for GE Homespring Units and believes this system could help the people of Northamptonshire in a cost-effective, eco-friendly and efficient manner.

The GE Homespring unit physically removes bacteria, viruses and parasites and flushes them away to drain. This product is new to the UK but has been extensively tried and tested with great success in other parts of the world, including South East Asia after the December 2004 Tsunami.

These people have not yet been offered a real solution to this problem; telling them to boil the kettle every time they want to wash or brush their teeth is not going to eliminate this problem for good or relieve public anxiety.”
