Top search and review service, Tipped.co.uk, aims to flush out the best (and worst) toilets in the UK

London, UK – 17 December 2007 – Loo, lav, john, dunny, crapper – whatever you call it – the UK’s fascination with the toilet is somewhat legendary, but where exactly are the best and worst in the country? Tipped.co.uk, the social networking, review and search service, is set to find out the answer by today launching the hunt for the UK’s finest and direst!

From luxurious loos to questionable khazis, Tipped wants you to review the WCs of bars, restaurants, hotels and other attractions across the nation to help find the public’s ultimate convenience. The loos that receive the most detailed, opinionated, passionate, reviews – whether positive or negative – will be named or shamed! (Tipped’s user-friendly functionality even allows users to upload pictures of their “discoveries” in all their glory, if they should so wish!). Already the all-important facilities at London’s Crazy Bear and Sketch have been reviewed and rated by the Tipped community.

Joel Brazil of Tipped explained: “Technology such as SatLav, which helps you find the nearest toilet using your mobile, is great but what it doesn’t do is give you any indication of what you might find when you get there! The beauty of Tipped is that you can locate and read the opinions of the community on everything from pubs to plumbers – and naturally the best loos!
